Parcel Damage / Lost Claim

This form is for registering a lost or damaged parcel from Build Me Mini. We are really sorry to hear that your delivery did not go as planned. It is our aim to investigate and resolve these issues as quickly as possible

Please ensure that you have the correct photography (where requested) as this may delay or void your claim. We agree that the list of requirements are a bit over-the-top, however, Royal Mail and our Couriers refuse to process claims without their list of required information.

Please note, we are at the mercy of our postal companies (Royal Mail & DPD) as to whether the claim is successful or not. But we will always do our best to keep you informed regardless.

    Please check for the latest update and postal date on your tracking number as Royal Mail will only consider an item lost after 10 working days (UK) or 25 working days (international). Working days refer to UK business days and do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.
