Build Me Mini, also affectionately known by our hashtag and tagline – Minifigure Me, is a small UK based business run by a few LEGO® enthusiasts.

We are a UK-based online small business offering a range of LEGO® Minifigure products and services. Our showcase best-seller is our personalised Minifigures made from LEGO® parts. Based on parts chosen by you, our team will assemble the perfect caricature using LEGO® parts. We also specialise in displaying these creations with a wide variety of LEGO® Minifigure displays and frames.

Initially starting off as a simple collector, our founder, Sholdstock collected LEGO® Minifigures since he was a child. Only really beginning a serious collection once he had a job and could afford them, the collection was primarily made up of some of classic City and Star Wars minifigures.

As his interest grew in LEGO® Minifigures, along with his collection, he would often find that the inevitable double would pop up in his displays. As he looked to sell duplicates online, he quickly became aware that he wasn’t the only Minifigure fan out there. Keen on sharing his passion, Sholdsock also started photographing his figures in poses to signify special occasions. Christmas, Easter, Patron Saint days. Before long, he started combining different LEGO® Minifigure elements to make avatar versions of his friends and family for Birthday posts. In 2013, Sholdstock decided to make his closest friends out of LEGO Elements to give to them as gifts for Christmas. He enjoyed it so much that he then considered the possibility of turning this hobby into a business.

Today, Sholdstock has a small team that assists him in assembling and framing the LEGO® Minifigures that are still made in the spirit of when he first started out. This small business now supplies some of the biggest gift retailers in the UK as well as a customer history of well over 10,000 figures to date.

Still offering that same service from 2013, Build Me Mini now also offers a variety of framing options for the LEGO® Minifigures as well as a selection of collectable LEGO® Minifigures too.
